Our law practice focuses on issues pertaining to family law, collaborative law, mediation, adult and child guardianships, child neglect and abuse and veteran's law. Members of the firm are trained mediators and trained in collaborative law.

Leichman & Snyder, P.C. has extensive experience in all aspects of adoption law including representation of birth parents; representation of adoptive parents, adoption finalizations, contested adoptions, step-parent and relative adoptions, private adoptions, foster parent adoptions and international and interstate adoptions.

Leichman & Snyder, P.C. has an expertise in domestic relations law involving divorce, child custody, support, property distribution and child support, including post divorce issues. The firm works in areas of property settlement agreements, pre-nuptials, custody and child abuse and neglect matters. In addition to domestic cases we handle adult and child guardianship cases.

Leichman & Snyder, P.C. represents veterans and their survivors in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claim located in Washington, D.C., and provides representation before the Board of Veterans Appeals and before VA regional Offices around the country. Areas of practice include service-connected and nonservice connected disability benefits. Training programs for practitioners are available.
